What do you dislike about Tradlinx Ocean Visibility?

I haven’t found any major drawbacks so far—the core tracking and alerts work reliably for our exports. A dedicated mobile app would be great for on‑the‑go checks, since I often review ETAs and milestones away from my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tradlinx Ocean Visibility solving and how is that benefiting you?

I oversee textbook exports, and this tool has significantly cut down the time I spend responding to questions like, “Where is my shipment and when will it arrive?” Automated email reports and real-time tracking provide buyers with up-to-date status and notifications of ETA changes, eliminating the need for manual updates. Clear event alerts—such as ETD/ETA, gate in/out, and vessel swaps—help us identify exceptions early, allowing us to address potential problems before they escalate. By sharing a live link, our partners have access to the same information, which reduces unnecessary back-and-forth and duplicate inquiries. Overall, we now respond more quickly, deal with fewer status emails, and experience less stress during peak seasons, since we can focus on genuine exceptions first.
