What do you like best about TradeLane AI?

TradeLane works exactly for what I need when I am targeting the kind of customers I am looking for especially with field sales. The AI built on top of the platform is a game changer in terms of geographic sales intelligence for planning visits and for taking Voice notes on the go.

It has been a great help with our outbound as well, since that has been a big focus for us. The system is great for generating leads and for finding contacts too, especially with reach out based on whatsapp/viber.

The price is great and the system is fast and easy to use on desktop and mobile. It has been a great investment for us.

The support team is also great, they are very fast in fixing issues and adding new features.

What do you dislike about TradeLane AI?

I would say that sometimes if the internet connection doesn't work then the system doesn't work, but it is rarely an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TradeLane AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

TradeLane helps us do lead generation specifically in the way that outbound is done for wholesale distributors on top of data like google maps.

It is also basically a CRM with a geographic element that has AI built into it in a way that makes it easier to use and provides the kind of sales intelligence that makes a difference for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
