What do you like best about TradeCraft?

The ability to analyze performance across candidates allows a better relative evaluation. This ability lets you make better hiring and skills development decision. I also appreciated the ability to buy bundles of access "tokens" that you can bank for future use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TradeCraft?

Overall the platform works as intended, but it could use an improvement in overall UI and UX. As an employer, additional enhancements like more comparative charting on candidate performance would be helpful. The platform has a good set of starting simulations, but growing into more diverse data sets would allow a broader set of employers to benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TradeCraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform made it much easier to see the relative strengths across candidates. Ultimately the platform helped inform our hiring strategy and we made a decision to hire two candidates instead of just one.
