What do you like best about Tractivity Stakeholder Relationship Management System?

Tractivity is a cloud-based stakeholder management tool for engaging, managing and delivering compelling information. Tractivity is useful to us in the following ways:- i) It provides support for stakeholder assessment, engagement, and issue management platform. ii) Provides customer and employee feedback management support, and iii) Provides powerful insights for decision-making through dashboards and reporting features. What do you dislike about Tractivity Stakeholder Relationship Management System?

Although, Tractivity is an excellent stakeholder management tool it has downsides. i) It does not support deployment on mobile devices. ii) It does not support live chat with customers and community investment tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
