The biggest value for me was not the automation itself but the amount of investigation it removed. Before using Traction Complete, we often had situations where a lead would appear in Salesforce and people would spend time figuring out which account it actually belonged to. The lead-to-account matching process reduced a lot of that confusion. I also like that hierarchy relationships are easier to understand because related accounts are no longer scattered across separate records. The platform is powerful, but small logic changes are not always as simple as they first appear. Sometimes a routing adjustment that looks minor can affect several connected rules, so testing becomes important before making changes. What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you? Earlier, a surprising amount of time was spent checking whether incoming leads were attached to the correct account or whether similar records already existed elsewhere in Salesforce. This was not difficult work, but it was repetitive work. With Traction Complete handling much of that process automatically, records are cleaner and ownership is more consistent.
