I really like the user friendliness and bang-for-your-buck that TRACTIAN offers. There are just so many things TRACTIAN does and shows you. They are incredibly active and work on constantly improving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the launch process could be improved. I thought it would be much more 'out of the box', but it seems like it's almost custom built for each customer which seems very inefficient. So much of the data is incorrect for the first 3-6 weeks that it just seems very clunky as a user. It was quite bumpy in the beginning. The team did a great job of working with me to get what we need, but it was not very usable in the beginning. I think there are many more features that need to be released that would make a huge improvement in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
