What do you like best about Tractable?

The AI photo assessment saves our team a lot of time. Rather than waiting days for manual reviews, it can analyze image claims in seconds, which helps us approve payouts much faster than we used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tractable?

Sometimes the AI struggles when a photo is taken in poor lighting or from an odd angle, so we still need to manually review those claims. It’s not a dealbreaker, but stronger handling of low-quality images would save us even more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tractable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Tractable, manual photo evaluations were a major bottleneck and often took days to finish. Now the AI can analyze claims in seconds and provide reliable damage assessments almost immediately.
