What do you like best about Tractable?

I use Tractable to help review vehicle damage and support the estimating process. What I like most is that it allows me to work from vehicle photos and quickly get an initial assessment of the visible damage. This helps me save time and gives me a useful starting point when preparing or reviewing an estimate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tractable?

The software does not always identify every damaged part, particularly when the photos are unclear or when the damage is hidden beneath the visible surface. I still need to review the results carefully and use my own experience to make sure the estimate is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tractable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tractable helps me begin the vehicle assessment process more quickly. Instead of reviewing every photo entirely from the beginning, I receive useful support in identifying visible damage and organizing the estimate.
