I like the idea of having a tracking of the forms I complete so I can have more accurate data about what I need to research. This tool makes the process easier for me, and I also track the submissions of forms from Google Analytics thanks to the various integrations the platform has. I think the process is a bit complex to understand. You need to have the support of the programmer to be able to install the code on the website and then do the configuration to be able to track each of the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
