What do you like best about Trackerly.ai?

Trackerly.ai, which is a prompt and AI citation tracking platform is very helpful in terms of integrations with our own custom reporting systems. Whenever we have requests for UI / UX or performance improvements, they are prompt with their support. Onboarding is also seamless, as the folks running it are very responsive, and their understanding of AI and the vast intelligence of search as it exists in its current state makes the pricing and ROI of the tool unmatched across the competitors that are out there in the space. What do you dislike about Trackerly.ai?

Most of my frustrations with Trackerly.ai aren't with the tool itself, it is mostly the state of AI visibility tracking as a whole. Prompt tracking is inherently a sample, and the same prompt can return different answers from run to run, depending on personalization, location, model updates, and shifts in citation patterns... which are all very volatile. I'd love to see Trackerly lean a bit more into making this variance visible such as flagging when a model version changes, showing how consistency in results across repeated runs, or annotating when models updates or changes are made that affect how the prompts are tracked, recorded, simulated, etc. On the more practical side, credit usage across a team takes planning during heavy reporting cycles, especially when managing multiple client workspaces, but according to their developers, they are working on fixes for this. What problems is Trackerly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an agency, our biggest challenge has been adding AI visibility reporting for clients without the cost eating at our bottom line. The large SEO suites have moved into AI visibility tracking, but their pricing is hard to justify at agency scale, especially when my trust in prompt tracking is suspect at best since it is a simulation, and a snapshot in time. Trackerly.ai has helped us close the gap with their MCP and other integrations that work seamlessly with our custom reporting tools. Just as important, the category changes month to month, and Trackerly.ai adapts quickly. When we need a new metric or view, it's usually available within weeks (sometimes days) which lets us keep pace with the market instead of waiting on the big vendor's roadmap.
