What do you like best about Tracked?

Tracked allows users to assign tags, estimates, and labels to Basecamp tasks and setup Kanban boards on the project, individual, and team level. It makes Basecamp *almost* a functional project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tracked?

As an admin user, it is challenging to add new users to the account. The input for "estimated effort" does not allow you to input custom data so you are stuck with the provided ranges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tracked solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracked helps us provide at-a-glance statuses on to-dos. Our IT team has customized a Kanban board for their particular workflow, which has eased some of the lack of visibility inherent to Basecamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
