The product is solid, but the migration is the real reason I’m writing this review. We moved roughly 600 active partners off an enterprise platform in the middle of a quarter, which is exactly the kind of project that can easily go sideways. Instead, we had a dedicated person on their side who joined our standups, caught two mapping issues before they turned into live problems, and never once tried to push us off to a chatbot.

After the migration, the things I actually care about—program economics, partner-sourced pipeline, and cost per acquired customer through the channel—are all visible without me having to ask anyone for reports or pull in extra help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agency-partner workflows feel thinner than I’d like. We work with several agencies that resell, and managing them ends up feeling like I’m using an affiliate-style structure for something that’s slightly different.
