What do you like best about Trackdesk?

We were looking for an affiliate platform that could support more advanced performance models, not just simple CPA tracking, and Trackdesk has exceeded our expectations. We use different commission models based on FTDs, recurring revenue, revenue share, and tiered incentives, and configuring them was surprisingly straightforward.

Another huge advantage is the reporting. We can monitor partner performance in real time, analyze results by campaign, traffic source, or country, and quickly identify what deserves more investment. The automated payouts, advanced fraud prevention, and flexible offer management have removed a lot of manual work from our operations team.

The platform itself is modern and intuitive, so both our internal team and partners were productive almost immediately. It feels like a solution that was designed for businesses planning to scale rather than just get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trackdesk?

What problems is Trackdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a performance-based partner program across multiple markets requires accurate attribution, flexible commission rules, and reliable reporting. Before Trackdesk, much of this required manual processes and multiple tools.

Today, everything is centralized. We can automate partner onboarding, commission calculations, payouts, and reporting while maintaining complete visibility into program performance.
