What do you like best about Trackdesk?

The biggest advantage for us has been that Trackdesk goes beyond simply providing affiliate tracking software. The marketplace adds a completely different dimension by helping us discover potential affiliates, affiliate managers, and agencies that can support that our partner program. The platform itself is also incredibly easy to use. We can manage affiliates, launch offers, monitor conversion in real time, automate payouts, andd analyze performance with jumping between different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trackdesk?

Nothing significant so for. The platform has delivered everything that we expected from an affiliate tracking solution, while the marketplace and additional partnership resource have given us more the we initially signed up for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trackdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trackdesk gives us the infrastructure to manage the entire affiliate lifecycle while also providing access to a Marketplace where we can explore potential affiliates and specialized experts. As a result, we’ve reduced manual administration, improved visibility into partner performance, and gained new ways to grow the program. Instead of combining separate tools for tracking, payouts, reporting, and partner discovery, we can manage much more of the process through one ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
