"Traceable: Great Requirements & Risk Management with Responsive Support"

What do you like best about Traceable?

Traceable has become great to use as a requirements and risk management tool. The team has been fast at responding to feature requests and functionality when requested. The system allows for clean templated documents that can link into others well and make generating documents and review easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traceable?

I started using Traceable during a beta release, when it was a bit difficult to use and took some patience to set up and get running. That said, the team has been great about responding to the issues I’ve identified, and they’ve improved the product significantly in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Traceable solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a systems engineer working with requirements and risk in complex, multidisciplinary systems, it’s rare to find a tool that lets you manage relationships and information pulled from other documents and then present it in a WYSIWYG document. I’ve worked with Jama, Greenlight Guru, Doors, and other requirements systems, and they’ve all come with limitations or added complexity when it comes to setting up usable working documents. With this system, I’ve been able to build documents reasonably quickly, without a lot of setup headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
