What do you dislike about TQUENS Review Manager?

It would be nice if they supported the IOS / Android app version of their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TQUENS Review Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manually requesting a review on seller central took too much time. I was able to fully automate this manual process using the TQUENS Review request module. You can customize when to send review request emails if you have unique products that need different request trigger timings.

We sell over 3k products on Amazon, and Checking for new reviews for all products is time-consuming. Using TQUENS we could group products by each category and easily monitor for recent reviews per each group. The notification feature let's us know which product's average rating has decreased from yesterday. This helps us quickly detect issues with the listings to take action to minimize the damage to our overall ratings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
