It is the platform that facilitates the training of employees or customers through online courses within its websites, also serves to expand the relationship between the company and its customers because you can hold conferences where potetial customers participate to take into account their needs and implement it for the benefit of the company, its web interface is very explanatory and easy to interpret when creating content providing technical support online and is always active for any problems that arise on the web. What do you dislike about Tovuti LMS? the customization process is a bit complicated they should extend the initial training to not lose so much time in learning to be able to customize the online vourses according to our benefits. With Tovuti LMS we have stopped paying for external courses to train our employees beacuse with the platform that has this tool we can interact seamlessly and we can provide the necessary information to train staff in specific funtions, it has also helped us to make popular consultations through webinars that this platform has as we have been able to conduct questionnaires to find out how is the operation of our service and thus be able to make adjustments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
