The groups within the community are the best thing about Tovuti, as students can participate in social learning and receive training at the same time, virtual events can be organized from the platform where students can interact both individually and in groups. Learning courses is another technical aspect that Tovuti does very well, they can be unlocked as add-ons and attached to the events that the students will attend. It is possible to create courses and sell them within the platform at least, you can create paid subscriptions so that people who are interested in acquiring knowledge can do so. For management and supervision they offer a dashboard where you can monitor the progress of those who view the courses, in fact we can assign leaders to get reports of the work team, you can also assign courses or events to them, it is really a very powerful online education tool. The batch import of CSV files can sometimes throw errors, another problem with the platform is its high cost, for its implementation you have to spend a good amount of money. Another detail not less important is that the interface is quite complex many options to get to the same situation, I would like to add more customization options within the platform and more options for the development of courses, especially training. Tovuti is an excellent tool to manage online courses, currently it works as an academy where through group management we can assign tasks and events for an area of work that we want to develop, we always want to improve the ideas in our company and with this program we always keep the learning system fresh, we have developed courses in IT, marketing, and finance which we value very much as it has allowed us to improve the knowledge of our employees and improve the training of future prospects.
