What do you like best about Tour Ninja?

Tour Ninja is one of the few platforms that genuinely feels designed for travel professionals. It combines CRM, trip building, bookings, operations, and supplier management in one place, which makes day-to-day work smoother and more efficient. I also appreciate that the platform feels modern and intuitive, and that it has a clear vision for what’s next—especially around AI and automation. What do you dislike about Tour Ninja?

Because Tour Ninja is still growing, some features are not yet as polished as they will likely become over time. The platform covers a lot, so there can be a bit of a learning curve at first. What problems is Tour Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tour Ninja tackles a major challenge in the travel industry: too many disconnected tools and overly manual processes. In many travel businesses, CRM, quotations, bookings, operations, supplier coordination, and customer communication are handled across separate systems, which creates inefficiencies, increases the risk of mistakes, and wastes time.

Tour Ninja brings these workflows into a single platform, making it much easier to manage the entire customer journey alongside internal operations in a more structured and consistent way. For us, that means better organization, less manual work, stronger team coordination, and a smoother overall experience for clients.

The biggest benefit is the time we save and the reduction in operational complexity, which also helps us build a stronger foundation for growth.
