What do you like best about ToucanTech?

Very user friendly behind the scenes, and everything links together really well. As a one-man-band setup, having responsive and dedicated customer service is a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ToucanTech?

There have been a few instances where I would have hoped to format things in a slightly different way that the system doesn't allow, but the team have been responsive to hearing that feedback from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ToucanTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a new organisation and have a slightly different set up in that we are connected to a school but not directly part of the school. We also only have one employee, who is part time, so we needed a system that was intuitive and easy to work with. Being with Toucan Tech since our launch has allowed us to set up in a smooth and efficient way from the outset, where our website links directly to the donation platform and back into the CRM.
