What do you like best about TotalView?

The best features for me are the live troubleshooting and very specific solution knowledge base that intelligently lets you know what the possible solution is for the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TotalView?

Not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something I would say integrating an SMS engine to allow texting to specific admins in the event of an after hours issue arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TotalView solving and how is that benefiting you?

Network issues are one of my biggest hitters when it comes to TotalView, however we have been ramping up with VoIP sales and it has proven as an invaluable tool to help hunt down possible issues as they arise. Benefit? I would say time is the biggest benefit. We have gained hundreds of man hours saved just with the solutions it provides to resolve issues that crop up.
