What do you like best about Torque360?

My favorite feature is definitely the digital authorization system because it allows customers to quickly approve work and provide signatures directly from their phones, making the entire process much faster and more convenient. What do you dislike about Torque360?

There is nothing that I dislike about the software so far. Everything has been smooth, easy to use, and very helpful for managing our shop operations more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Torque360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Torque360 helped solve one of the biggest problems we had in the shop, which was customer approvals and proof of authorization. Before, customers would sometimes claim they never approved certain pricing or repairs, which created frustrating situations. Since using the digital authorization feature, everything is documented with customer signatures and approvals directly through the system.
