What do you like best about TopQuadrant?

Best part is the flexibility of usage. You can create and maintain any ontology or taxonomy. It easily allows to gather and share your governed data via various integrations. The UX can be adjusted to support your personal angle to the data. Knowledge governance is easily down. It allows voor access via your own customizations. Performance for our usage volumes has been fine. User based pricing works for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TopQuadrant?

The graphical support in the UI/UX is limited. We extended our usage with reactodia and reactflow. Support is ok once you know whom to contact. We use quite a few tiny ontologies to understand and document specific business perspectives. The ontology based pricing is counterproductive. Rather than driving usage it is an incentive to limit the environments usage. The storage, transits and usage of data and AI needs to adhere to European legislation and we need to prove that it is compliant. We need to be able to connect our own AI models easily. What problems is TopQuadrant solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a fairly complex and political public organization with quite a few different areas of expertise and interests and bound by many legislations. We need to govern our data landscape properly and be able to create and maintain defensible data driven decisions and actions. We model and describe goals/objectives, rules, decision, information & data, data landscape and many more business and information objects.
