Great email and tracking system. Can email candidates directly from the data base. Pipeline is a great feature and makes it easy to track candidates in their progress.
Easy to import data and parse resumes.
Chrome extension works well with LinkedIn.
Learning opportunities are frequent and keep me up to date with the newest features. The Help Center knowledge base is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you have to hit the SAVE button every time you make a change. If you forget to hit it, it won't save what you've done. A moot point, since it does remind you to save if you go to a different information card. However, if you just exit the software, all is lost. Would be better if everything just saved automatically.
