Once connected, we can configure the tool to fit my processes. I don't not feel limited with the out-of-the box functionality of our large enterprise software tools since I can augment them with Tonkean. I have a great relationship with the team I work with at Tonkean. Their deep knowledge of the tool, the tools we integrate with, and the industry in general allows me to trust them and grow my tech knowledge. **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** For each connection to enterprise tools I need, I must reintroduce Tonkean to my IT team, explain the use case, and share the security environment. **What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than buying an expensive and complicated OCR tool, we created a Tonkean workflow to identify new documents and use Google OCR to read them. This allows us to search on the contents of the documents rather than just the filename. A full text search like this enables me to look for any keyword accross our full population of contracts to have the confidence that nothing is missed. ### 2. By the way I like support team especially Talia who assist us a lot and never delays with response and solutions! **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** As a normal tools it has sometimes it lags, but thanks to support team it fixes immediately, also as a administrator of such tools can say would be better to have it more user friendly. **What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly it helpes to reduce time of procurement team to not open several tools, reports and sheets, with integration of other tools, it saved a lot of time and users are managed to do all there work without leaving Tonkean ### 3. We've made use of the data connection, status tracking, and apps, as well as the no-code builder **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** 1. It slows down a lot and stutters when we're working with larger datasets. 2. It's hard to pick up for new hires, so the onboarding period usually takes longer. The interface even confuses us current users soetimes **What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tonkean helped us transform our inventory and fleet management processes. The floor work used to be done mostly manually with data being entered int an Excel sheet. Ths was a pain to keep in sync and very very prone to human error. But with Tonkean, we were able to design flows for literally all aspects of these areas which helped us automate a lot of things and keep everything udner one roof to save time from having to pass data around different tools. We've even designed apps so our floor personnel can quickly log an submit their records and other documentation. It's been a treat to have and has definitely saved us a bunch of time from not having to integrate data by hand, and money by minimizing costly errors in inventory/loading ### 8. Tonkean has been helpful and delivered a satisfactory result for our business, thus making me have no dislike for the software. **What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best of Tonkean is that we can now rearrange and redraw our business process and automate some of the tasks.
