What do you like best about Toloka Platform?

What I liked best about Toloka was the structured onboarding process and the clarity of communication during the initial stages. The instructions for the interview and next steps were easy to follow, and the platform gave a professional introduction to AI annotation work. I also appreciated that expectations around quality, attention to detail, and project availability were explained clearly, which made the process feel more organized and transparent. What do you dislike about Toloka Platform?

One drawback is that the path from application to actual paid project work can feel uncertain, especially when project availability depends on client demand. For new users, there may be a gap between completing onboarding steps and getting access to consistent work. What problems is Toloka Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Toloka helps solve the problem of scaling human input for AI and data-related tasks by connecting companies with a distributed contributor workforce. From my perspective, the main benefit is that it creates access to remote annotation and evaluation opportunities in structured way. It also gives contributors a pathway to participate in AI-related work without needing a highly specialized background, while still emphasizing quality, attention to detail, and consistency.
