What do you like best about Together.ai?

Together.ai provides fast and reliable inference endpoints for running leading open-source models like Meta Llama and Mistral without requiring you to manage high-end GPU hardware or complex cloud instances. The developer dashboard is clean, creating API keys and organizing project settings takes just seconds, and the API structure is straightforward to integrate into web applications and Python backends. What do you dislike about Together.ai?

The onboarding setup is somewhat restrictive for new developers testing the platform, as accounts are immediately placed into read-only mode and require an upfront credit deposit before you can run sample test prompts in the playground. Providing a small sandbox balance or a few test credits to evaluate model latency and playground features before adding payment details would make the developer experience much smoother. What problems is Together.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Together.ai solves the heavy infrastructure burden of provisioning, managing, and maintaining expensive dedicated GPU clusters just to run open-source AI models. Instead of dealing with CUDA drivers, server orchestration, and high hardware overhead, it provides instant serverless inference APIs. This benefits me by dramatically speeding up project development and prototyping, allowing me to integrate language model capabilities into web applications and test different open-source model architectures with minimal friction.
