I can organize things easy, open them, delete them and it's completely changed my workflow. **What do you dislike about Toby?** There's no app for my phone although I can use it from my browser on the phone so it still works. When selecting pages to add to Toby it's frustrating because it's binary, either all them or just one. I wish there was a way to select certain pages only. They let you select them, but not move them in, it's odd. **What problems is Toby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hate trying to sync bookmarks between browsers. There's always duplicates and then I end up with a bunch of files I forget to delete. Toby means I have all my bookmarks available everywhere and with an easy search. I keep a rigid schedule, and so I set the bookmarks I need based on that. Working with a certain client, then they have a segment that I open at that time and I close it when I'm done. Sorting hobbies, interests, and research, Toby makes it easy. ### 3. Poor customer support and long response times. Nothing else comes to mind **What problems is Toby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to save all tabs I'm working on, finishing work, and saving all, by opening all the same tabs the next day it creates a continuity of work and saves time. ### 5. I used a lot of solutions before and it's one of the best I could find. It doesn't take much CPU and it's easy to sort things. **What do you dislike about Toby?** Maybe that you can have options like "save tabs on the left" or "save tabs on the right" because sometimes you want to leave the one you work on open. Or maybe I didn't find it. It's easy to remove the tabs/urls from that folder once done so they don't clutter workspaces. Super easy to come back to projects **What do you dislike about Toby?** There's nothing to dislike - it's a lightweight extension that gets the job done! **What problems is Toby solving and how is that benefiting you?** When working from different computers/devices/locations, it's easy to continue a project just by installing Toby without syncing anything else. It's also easy to jump between projects, or shut down for the day, without having to start research from scratch - or also organize past research to return to several years down the road. ### 7. I've used Toby for many years - I used to bookmark sites before but that can really clutter your browser. Toby is awesome - and sharing link collections is such a good feature. **What do you dislike about Toby?** I would like to be able to customize the theme more. The options available to me are a light theme and dark theme - I would love more colour options! **What problems is Toby solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's great for onboarding new team members. You can also save all your tabs by hitting one button, which really helps when you need to restart quickly. **What do you dislike about Toby?** There is nothing that I dislike about Toby. I did like Toby Mini more than Toby but at this point I don’t remember why. Something else you should know is that since it’s a Chrome extension, if you use password apps like LastPass, you’ll need to go into the app to login **What problems is Toby solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made me much more organized and has allowed me to shut my computer down more often. This sounds like a small ask but it’s incredibly helpful. Also it allows me to work between multiple computers like my work and personal computer. ### 14. It allows to save a "session" which is basic the set of tabs open and redeploy them once I'm ready to pick up where I left. Also it can work as a pretty handy bookmark manager and its sharing features are really useful to create mini tools knowledge bases among teams **What do you dislike about Toby?** It seems that when you have quite a few collections some lag when loading starts to happen. I love the easiness of use and the ability to save all of my tabs in a quick way and separate them into groups and subgroups. My work is never finished and hate losing research and tabs and links that I am looking at. **What do you dislike about Toby?** Honestly, nothing. It takes under 10 seconds to install and is very very very very user friendly and makes my life so much more convenient. **Recommendations to others considering Toby:** I would highly recommend using this extension. It is extremely easy-to-use And will save you hours of time and organization. It is also inexpensive. **What problems is Toby solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my clinical research project at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center Behavioral Department I often had to have several tabs open while doing research, viewing patient charts, creating bibliographies and article research. It would make things more efficient when I could make subgroups of tabs i had open for each subtopic. It saved me a couple hours a week and helped me stay very organized. ### 16.
