What do you like best about Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)?

What do you dislike about Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)?
TSM has some issues with manual credentials, which creates problems. The most frequent issue I run into is with system state backup on Windows Server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
