We have been using Titan for years now. Titan has made consistent improvements that allows myself and our dispatchers easily track an drivers status in real time. Trip inspection reports are electronically emailed to our maintenance manager upon completion of a unit inspection. The app is user friendly and new drivers can learn it easily. Prompts are provided to the driver through the app if there is missing information. Excellent customer service from the technical support team and our account manager.
