It's a well priced, affordable cloud based dealer management system. It works and is reliable. The DMS has been well thought out and it's possible to generate extremely complex and advanced reports using their query builder (you'll need to be enabled for this feature by an administrator). The training documentation provided is a little overwhelming, video tutorials would be helpful. Queries can be fairly slow to run. In order to connect to data analytics suites outside of Titan, you have to automate report export and scoop that up into your data analytics package such as TableAU or Domo - there is no simple way of performing this operation, it's fiddly.
