Not much. Maybe the extension and dependencies on underlying systems and frameworks can put high demands on the competencies of the developers involved. It might not be the simplest editor to build on. But it has strengths in how much you can customize it. The documentation has become much clearer but needs more detail in its examples, leaving out less information. But mostly, it's great. Great team and good product.
