As someone who's just started using the TIP Tool, my first impression has been very positive. The UI is clean and well organized, even though patent management itself is a complex process. The onboarding experience has been great thanks to the short explainer videos, which made it much easier to learn the platform step by step. I haven't explored every integration yet, but everything I've used so far has worked smoothly and the overall performance has been solid. The AI-powered insights and analytics are a nice addition and make the platform feel more advanced. From what I've seen, the features offer good value for the pricing. As a first-time user, the biggest challenge is the learning curve. Patent and IP management is naturally a complex domain, so it takes some time to understand all the workflows and features.
