The platform is easy to use, and the Slack integration has been incredibly helpful for us. You can easily set up your weekly pulse questions (or every other week), and you can track how your team is responding real-time. What do you dislike about TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services? The tool can be clunky for admins if you go beyond the initial level. There are some obvious changes that the product team can improve on. I think the way they set up their infrastructure may be hindering their ability to adapt quickly. What problems is TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to gauge how the company is feeling, and by departments. We no longer have to wait for a quarterly eNPS result, but we can check in every week. We are figuring out how regularly we want to pulse, but it's so easy for employees to complete.
