"Streamlined Incident Triage with Connected Engineering Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines 3B?

The workflow structure is the strongest part for incident management. Keeping field extraction, severity classification, routing, and investigation tracking in one connected flow makes it easier to understand where an incident stands and what needs to happen next. The stage-based structure also makes the investigation path easier to review after an incident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines 3B?

Detailed execution output can take some time to review when a workflow has many stages or produces a large amount of information. A more focused way to surface the important results and exceptions would make longer investigations easier to work through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
