I like Timely because it greatly facilitates the allocation of time to my projects, especially when I'm interrupted by calls from other clients. I find the functionality that reads what I'm doing on my computer amazing, assigning the task correctly (almost 100%) to the right project. With the integration of Google Calendar, it gets even better. It's also easy to prove what I've done for clients through daily reports, something Timely makes simple to print. The setup process was very easy, which made me very satisfied. I find Timely extremely easy to work with, so the cost-benefit is worth the investment. I even recommended it to a partner agency. I don't exactly remember where the main errors are, but I feel that this might be a software update issue. I believe that over time it will become more and more stable.
