What stands out most is how simple and intuitive the platform is. The booking flow is very clear for clients, which immediately reduced confusion and support requests on our side. The design is clean, the setup was fast, and both staff and customers understood how to use it without training. Some advanced features, such as built-in signed waivers, are still being developed. That said, the team is very transparent about their roadmap and provides practical workarounds in the meantime.
