What do you like best about Time Tracking, Timesheets & Team Management for Jira?

This tool is beneficial for tracking, managing your colleague's and resources efforts on the work that is being done. This gives a very easy way to look at this data, build reports too. Using this tool I am now able to see effort spent on each of the tasks in sprints, based on which I can estimate the future effort and also facilitate quartely planning effectiently. What problems is Time Tracking, Timesheets & Team Management for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool is one place stop for all of my tracking which comes beneficial to know how much effort is being burnt, share reports very effectively unlike other ways where we were managing all of this on excel sheets.
