Describe the project or task Time Is Essential: Fundamentals of Team Productivity Course helped with:

Our team is fully remote and consists of many part-time collegiate team members (some new to the team) - all with very busy schedules. We wanted to try something new for onboarding team members more effectively. Time Is Essential was able to help our team members find commonality in wanting to be more productive and made it easier for everyone to work together. As the manager of the team, knowing that everyone wanted to be more productive and better at time management was helpful especially for leading the part-time team members. The Mana app gave the right insights into our team's time spent without feeling intrusive. We were able to have more open conversations about time spent and expectations. What do you like best about Time Is Essential: Fundamentals of Team Productivity Course?

The facilitated discussions during every course session were a great environment for new team members to explore their time mindfulness, any challenges to their current time management system, and find ways to better incorporate the responsibilities of their new role into their lives. What do you dislike about Time Is Essential: Fundamentals of Team Productivity Course?

I think the content parts of each session were a bit rushed at times. Lots of content and need time to digest and implement. Perhaps a different structure for the course that gives more time to make change happen would be nice. Changing habits does take time, and if you get a curveball one week, it can throw you off track. Also, not everyone is ready for change and could use a slower pace than what the course offered at one session per week for five weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Time Is Essential: Fundamentals of Team Productivity Course solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest challenge we wanted to tackle with this course was how can we better onboard and lead collegiate, part-time team members into roles that are not your typical minimum-wage positions with clock-in / clock-out systems. The knowledge and tools Time Is Essential provided were very appropriate for that challenge and also boosted team transparency between all leaders and part-time team members.
