The free version is great and offers impressive hosting solutions, but we needed custom domains and more analytics, so we upgraded. It is very easy to use and delivers exactly what we aimed to provide to our clients. We did seek assistance from support during onboarding and they were very responsive and helpful, and there are various help options online - both written and video. Performance has been first class.
