The dashboard is clean and straight forward. Although there are a lot of customization options, you can also use use just the basic functions. For our company, we are using just the AI component without redirecting to a live person at the company. If submitted, a sales person follows up. While we don't get a lot of interest in web visitors using the chat bot, I don't feel that is reflective of any issues with it as opposed to the nature of the product we sell. Our industry is in depth custom quotes, but we do see if used for some basic information being asked by potential leads. Pricing seems to be fair for the features included. What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a fairly high volumne of first time user traffic to our website via google ads. We installed tidio so people can ask immediate questions without needing to navigate our full website. While it is mostly not used by web visitors, as we continue to try to generate traffic and leads it is an inexpensive visitor tool for those coming to the site with specific questions they want quick answers for.
