I like that the system, most of the time, will be up and running. It is a good thing, which I like about Tidal Automation. The initial setup was good, and we got much support from Tidal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like Tidal Automation is a bit slow compared to other automation tools on the market. I'm hoping for more of a GUI display and better performance. It would be great if it displayed more errors directly in the UI rather than having to log in to the back end server to collect the details. I would be happier if the logs could be available on the front end rather than logging into the server where Tidal is installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
