What do you like best about TicknCook?

Tick’N’Cook is very easy to handle, even for newcomers. The tool works well with cash register orders, delivery sales (Deliveroo and Uber Eats platforms), and kiosks. But what really makes the difference is the support: responsive, available, and attentive to our needs. We truly feel supported, and it makes all the difference in our daily operations in our stores. What problems is TicknCook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems solved: Previously, we operated with printed preparation slips. Between accumulating paper, lost or misread tickets, and orders coming from the cash register, kiosks, and delivery sales platforms, coordination in production quickly became complicated during rush hours.
