TicketSpice is an insanely powerful program that gives our development team all the opportunities to customize our customers experience while being extremely user friendly. I have had minimal experience in designing a ticketing site, but the intuitive software walked me through everything while giving me the ability to add so much more! Additionally, their support staff, especially Dave Zoradi, are such a great help at keeping our vision for the site clear while explaining anything we have confusion about. Dave has followed up throughout the process to make sure we are finishing up every aspect and taking advantage of all the power this program delivers. Honestly, I have yet to find something that I dislike. In comparison to other ticketing sites, TicketSpice is so much better at allowing us to customize all aspects the way we want and as I stated the customer service is leaps and bounds above the rest. We were missing so many pieces to our ticketing site that other sites like Hauntpay did not offer, or helped us to find. TicketSpice has made their software so easy to work with and flow through that we didn't need to look for long to add new things we hadn't been able to do in the past. For example we have wanted a charity option in our checkout flow and TicketSpice made that a very visible option. Additionally, the automation for the site itself is so helpful to set up sales and change up the look and flow of our ticketing site. It is something we were never able to use before on other programs but we are very grateful for the ability, and assistance in correctly implamenting the logic.
