What do you like best about TicketSource?

What do you dislike about TicketSource?

Recommendations to others considering TicketSource:

It's great for small to mid level theatres, and easy to train volunteers and other staff. I would say it's occasional slowness mean it's tricky to cope with high-demand shows but those are few and far between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to sell tickets in real time across a number of venues. The software doesn't require specialist printers so any computer and printer can be used to sell tickets. Along with online customers being able to choose their seats it has increased our ability to go out and sell tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
