**What do you like best about TicketSource?**

I like that you can add multiple users to one account. This allows everyone to have access but also keeps each individual accountable for their actions. 

**What do you dislike about TicketSource?**

The ticket printer option is very difficult to work with. It's user interface is nice, but it seems to crash. However, I'm not 100% sure that isn't my own fault. 

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSource:**

There are a lot of great options and features. The price can't be beat, so give it a try.

We recently ventured into the live show area and this is perfect for our small venue.

**What do you like best about TicketSource?**

The percentage that TicketSource takes from your ticket sales compared to the competition is a lot smaller and customer service.

**What do you dislike about TicketSource?**

Nothing that would make me stop using the service.  It would be nice to have a table seating plan layout rather than just normal seating / venues.

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSource:**

They are a very welcoming company to work with.  I get occasional phone calls from them asking if there is anything that I need or any feedback that I can provide.  If I ever have any questions I can easily contact them via phone, email or via a live chat service.  They are also based in the UK so there aren't any outsourced tech support.  They also offer charity organisation discounts on the total percentage they take off of the ticket sales which is nice.  Overall I am very glad that we opted to use this company rather than others that were on offer.  They are also very compliant when it comes to Data Protection, they have emailed me thoroughly about the changes that they are making to make sure that myself and them are compliant with the new GDPR that goes live in May 2018.

**What problems is TicketSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I help a local drama group sell tickets for their shows using TicketSource.  The online presence is incredibly useful, as well as the web interface is easy to use as well.  It then allows us to produce seating plans, reports, etc. electronically rather than having to do it manually.

**What do you like best about TicketSource?**

I love the easy to use interface and ability to interrogate my customer data. It is easy to set up events and get tickets on sale really fast. Discount codes are easy to set up and the ability to take in house bookings is great.

**What do you dislike about TicketSource?**

Nothing since the questionnaire function has been added

Try it for a single event and you will see how easy it is

The ability to sell tickets online without having our own merchant account with the bank. Simplification of biz office reporting.

Great for small companies who don't want to invest in their own specialised ticketing package.

Solves small organisation ticket issues by having large scale software where the billing burden is passed on through booking fees

Easy box office solution for everything from one off events to full venue programmes!

**What do you dislike about TicketSource?**

I wouldn’t say that there is any major feature missing, or anything that isn’t up to standard. 

**What problems is TicketSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TicketSource takes care of the whole process - even allowing for calls to be taken and tickets booked direct through TS call centre. 

The software even connects with thermal printers to make the whole process simple.

Ticketsource has a very user friendly interface from both the point of view of the venue and the person buying tickets.

**What do you dislike about TicketSource?**

It would be lovely to have a little more flexibility with the customer facing webpage but other than that it is great.

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSource:**

It completely changed the way we think about and administer events and made us more ambitious in our scope.

Using TicketSource has meant people can book online and in person and all those bookings are integrated together.

This programme is straight forward and user friendly.  Anyone with a minimal amount of 
IT skill can easily use it.  And there is a friendly, no nonsense customer support dept if you do get stuck.

**What do you dislike about TicketSource?**

When viewing the seating plan, you have to select to see all the plan in one go.

Purchase the laser printer

Extremely easy to use and to set up events. Very clear and simple instructions. Telephone help line is fantastic, very knowledgeable staff who can explain clearly what to do. Friendly too!

Nothing. The service is friendly, fast and excellent

We had an issue with our banking info, Ticketsource worked with me until the issue read resolved.
