We use Flogo on TIBCO Cloud Integration, and love the browser based development experience. It is easy to develop, with strong unit testing features and allow integrating with various 3rd party application using OOB connectors or using Rest invoke activity by using the APIs provided by the 3rd party application. Implementation time is drastically reduced because of the low code aspect of Flogo. It supports JSON natively and allows adding new custom functions (using go) to the already impressive set of OOB functions, which makes handling of all the complex transformations a breeze. Our developers use this product every day as we have built full-fledged complex integration apps using Flogo. We get quick response and resolution to our issues from the TIBCO Support team. I have also used TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6 and Container Edition) in the past, and it is the most complete integration software out there, as it provides a rich ecosystem of connectors, advanced and complete feature set for development and observability. The new TIBCO platform seems to be a very encourgaging step in getting a single pane for visibility into different TIBCO components deployed across Hybrid cloud and on-premise. Flogo does support any code repository like Github from TIBCO Cloud Integration, which requires us to manually export and check-in the application into Github. I belive this might be changing with the new VSCode extension for Flogo and TIBCO platform, which will be a welcome and much awaited change. TIBCO BW6/BWCE Studio does support GitHub out of the box amongst other code repositories. Observability documentation and samples could be improved. TIBCO is getting rid of their iPaaS platform, which is a downside for iPaaS customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
