What do you like best about Thriving Springs?

1. The platform has great course authoring capabilities, giving me the opportunity to design engaging learning experiences for my teams.

2. It is super easy to implement and use, even for someone who may not be very technologically savvy

3. The integration process was very smooth and the team took the entire responbility for it without any additional cost.

4. The customer support was exceptional. The team is very hands-on and ensures that they are available for support at any time.

5. Unlike other platforms, they have in-built content for behavioural skills, leadership skills, all of which comes included in the price of the platform, making it extremely cost-effective for us. What do you dislike about Thriving Springs?

The way they have built their content is very interesting and engaging. Nothing to dislike, but would want to expand their library further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thriving Springs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a large sales team and the team has been helping us deploy sales affectiveness training using a combination of our content and their library. They also have assessments which makes it easy for us to benchmark our sales teams and assign personalised learning journeys for them. The metric we are attemtping to move is to reduce the number of customer escalations. We are speaking to them to integrate with our CMS to help track the metric pre and port training.
