What do you like best about ThriveStack?

I liked that the AI enabled setup of ThriveStack was very easy and embarrassingly quick, taking about ten minutes. Utilizing the Anthropic Claude prompts, the onboarding was incredibly straightforward—just 1-2 prompts built all the instrumentation and connected multiple systems - Our Marketin, Product Usage and Stripe data started getting correlated in real-time. What do you dislike about ThriveStack?

It's early stages for us, we haven't fully explored all of the product yet. We have a few feature requests to their team - like automatically assigning top revenue signals to our RevOps teams, notify drop in product usage for key accounts to our CSM. Yes, we can use their dashboards and MCP server to find these. However, getting them to our right team members would be wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ThriveStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use ThriveStack to solve at least 3 problems. 1. identify product activation issues - our self-serve users would get stuck and we were not aware of them. 2. Many of our SMB customers were missing payments, and we were not aware of them. 3. Product engagement of Some of our marquee Enterprise accounts was declining and our CSM teams could not find these easiliy. They would hop over to Amplitude and then to ChartMogul etc, and this fragmented data signals were hurting productivity. We were about boost our NRR by over 30% just in one quarter of ThriveStack.
