What do you like best about ThreatWatch Detection & Analytics?

We have a designated person in the SOC who knows our IT environment and preferences. They alert us of threats, and we've found some things that could have wreaked havoc on our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatWatch Detection & Analytics?

The only thing that ThreatWatch is missing is the ability to let the SOC respond. There is an add-on service for the response & remediation piece if you want it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, I had never heard of Security On-Demand or ThreatWatch, but after buying, I learned that some of the biggest names in cybersecurity resell or white label them. What problems is ThreatWatch Detection & Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn't have a comprehensive 24/7 monitoring service before with the MDR platform. For us, SOD added more coverage, more people to our team, and a higher level of security with their analytics and AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
