What do you like best about ThoughtSpot?

When I search for all kinds of data points related to a topic (example: Fraud), the search results are easy to navigate through and it gives me the list of all kinds of data points along with filters. The tool actually gives good amount of filters to view the specific results.

The AI tool which helps tweaking the queries which I sometimes miss is also very useful. I dont need to go to an external AI for it. It sees worth the price for the performance it gives. I havent used the support so i cannot say much.

What do you dislike about ThoughtSpot?

The profile section can actually have 'Your own dashboards, queries, Live charts'. Finding your own charts is a bit tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ThoughtSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think having a spot for all sorts of data related visualising prowess is very useful unline Tableu. It makes finding data as easy as searching on Google, which means fraud specialists don't have to wait days for data teams to build reports. It automatically connects all your different systems—like bank transactions, IP locations, and account details—into one place. Because it uses everyday language, newly hired specialists can start searching for suspicious activity on day one without needing to know complex coding.
